The design of any project is a very important phase. It is worthy to debate and discuss any question related to the project with the other partners at that time because it won't be possible to modify the phases during the implementation phase.

El diseño de cualquier proyecto es una fase crucial. Es muy importante debatir y discutir cualquier cuestión relativa al proyecto con los otros socios en ese momento, puesto que no será posible modificar aquello preestablecido durante la fase de implementación del proyecto.

Acabo de leer sobre un concepto que me parece muy guapo: Innovación incremental disruptiva. es decir, un cambio que es conceptual y no tecnológico, que es fácil de aplicar y que transforma completamente como se percibe el valor de un producto. Por ejemplo: antes del IMac todo el mundo pensaba que a los consumidores no les importaba el aspecto de sus ordenadores. Entonces Apple presentó computadores guapos con formas bonitas y colores diferentes y Apple empezó a vender más ordenadores y pudo salir de la crisis. Busca innovaciones disruptivas en tus proyectos.

Just read about this cool concept: disruptive incremental innovation. A conceptual, non technical, change, easy to implement that completely transforms how the value of a product is perceived. For example, before the IMac everybody thought that consumers didn't care how their computers look like. Then Apple presented cool computers with nice form and different colours and Apple start to sell computers and get out of the crisis. Look for disruptive innovations in your projects.

In a project's implementation have to be considered among other the following aspects: the timeline of each phase and subphase, the total project budget and training of people in charge of the project.

Projects are of very different kinds. However, they all share several characteristics. The ones that are key to develop a good management. These characteristics are: an specific timeframe, a series of events that are co-dependent and a desired final result. Los proyectos pueden ser de muchos tipos. Sin embargo, todos comparten una serie de características. Son características vitales para una buena planificación. Esas características son: un marco temporal específico, una serie de eventos que son co-dependientes y un resultado final esperado. ¿Que tienen los tecnólogos que atrae tanto? Según Geert Lovink en su libro Fibra Oscura "(...) los tecnólogos no son gente más avanzada en comparación con quienes trabajan en la industria de la cultura.", esta afirmación llena de coherencia nos conduce a desear la no instrumentalización tecnológica de la cultura y el arte. En un marco utópico deberíamos tender a una sociedad informatizada sostenible.

Any project should be: objective (balanced with regard to goals and available resources), clear (thinking on the reader), concise (without unnecessary details) and presented on time in order to achieve the highest far-reaching effect.

Cualquier proyecto debería ser: objetivo (equilibrado en lo que concierne a metas y recursos disponibles), claro (pensando en el lector del mismo), conciso (sin detalles innecesarios) y presentado puntualmente para obtener la mayor repercusión posible.
