Mainstream aparte...
Mainstream aparte, hay que innovar sin parecer de otro planeta. Podemos mantener un proyecto en alza siempre y cuando el entorno nos vea diferentes. Diferentes aunque no lo seamos necesariamente y aceptados por tener algo que nos conecta con el "común" colectivo.
Tenemos que darnos cuenta que en los proyectos, independientemente del tema (digital, cultural, social), generamos conocimiento. Conocimiento tácito (lo que aportamos los que gestionamos) y el conocimiento explícito (lo que aportamos en la generación del proyecto). Para que este no se pierda hay que documentarlo, hay que establecer los canales adecuados para diseminarlo interna y externamente, categorizar...
Este trabajo extra se plasmará en forma de compensación en un futuro próximo cuando debamos redactar nuevos proyectos, porque tendremos una base de conocimientos a la que acudir. Así evitaremos esos proyectos "refritos" que no aportan nada.
